Terms of Sale
What you are buying, at what price, how the free trial works, and how to cancel — online, in a few clicks.
Version of 9 October 2026.
These Terms of Sale (the "Terms") apply to any Premium subscription taken out on the docteurbet.fr website (the "Site"). A subscription taken out in the mobile app, through Apple's App Store or Google Play, is governed by the terms of those platforms (see Article 11).
By proceeding to payment, you accept these Terms, which are available from the subscription page. The applicable version is the one in force on the date you subscribe; it is sent to you with the confirmation of your subscription.
1. The seller
The subscription is sold by Docteur Bet, a French single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company (SASU) with a share capital of €500.
| Registered office | 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France |
| Trade register | Paris 934 419 144 |
| Establishment number (SIRET) | 934 419 144 00019 |
| EU VAT number | FR27 934 419 144 |

| Contact | contact@docteurbet.fr, or the contact form |
2. Who can subscribe
The subscription is reserved for natural persons of legal age (18 or over) acting for their own personal purposes, as consumers. It requires a Docteur Bet account with a valid email address, for which you alone are responsible: an account is personal and may not be shared.
3. What Premium includes
For the whole duration of the subscription, Premium gives access to:
- the value bets of the day: bets for which the probability estimated by the Docteur Bet model exceeds the one implied by an operator's odds, with the measured gap;
- the Docteur Bet model's probabilities for the matches covered;
- the features reserved for subscribers in the web app and in the mobile app.
The same account gives access on the Site and in the mobile app (iOS and Android). The exact content may change over updates, but the core of the service — the value bets and the model's probabilities — is never removed during a paid period.
4. Prices
| Plan | Price incl. VAT | Billing |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly | €19.99 | every month |
| Annual | €156 (i.e. €13 per month) | every year, in one payment |
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (French VAT at 20% included). The exact amount is shown again on the payment page before you confirm.
Docteur Bet may change its prices. A new price never applies to a period already paid: it is notified to you by email at least 30 days before the period it applies to, and you may cancel before that date at no cost.
5. The free trial
A first subscription comes with a 7-day free trial.
- A bank card is required at the start of the trial. Nothing is charged during the trial.
- Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the first payment is taken automatically when it ends, at the price of the chosen plan; the subscription then continues under the conditions of Article 7.
- You can cancel at any time during the trial, from "My subscription": nothing is then charged, and access stays open until the end of the 7 days.
- The trial is granted only once per person. It is not offered to an account that has already been subscribed, whether on the Site, the App Store or Google Play, nor when the bank card used has already been used for a trial on another account. In that case, the subscription starts without a trial period and the first period is charged immediately.
6. Subscribing and paying
- From the Premium tab, you choose the plan, read these Terms and tick the consent box described in Article 9.
- You are taken to the secure payment page of our provider Stripe, which summarises the plan, the price, any trial and the date of the first payment.
- The subscription is concluded when you confirm that page. It is confirmed to you by email, together with these Terms, on a durable medium.
Payment is by bank card. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, a licensed payment provider; Docteur Bet never has access to them. An invoice is issued for each payment and sent to you by email.
7. Duration, renewal and cancellation
Duration. The subscription runs for one month (monthly plan) or one year (annual plan), from the end of the trial or, without a trial, from the date of subscription. It is renewed automatically for the same duration until cancelled.
Annual plan. We inform you by email, no earlier than three months and no later than one month before the renewal date, of that date and of your option not to renew your subscription (Article L215-1 of the French Consumer Code).
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time, online, from your account: "Account" → "Subscription" → "Manage subscription" → "Cancel subscription". The cancellation is confirmed to you by email.
- It takes effect at the end of the current period: you keep access until that date, and no further payment is taken.
- The current period, already paid, is not refunded, including on a pro rata basis, except where the law provides otherwise.
8. Payment failure
If a payment fails, we let you know by email and further attempts are made over about two weeks. You can update your card from "Manage subscription". If payment remains impossible, the subscription ends and Premium access is closed; no sum is claimed from you beyond the last period paid.
9. Right of withdrawal
A contract concluded at a distance in principle gives a 14-day right of withdrawal (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code).
Premium is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, to which you have access as soon as you subscribe. Before paying, you expressly request this immediate access, free trial included, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once that access is opened, by ticking the following box:
"I request immediate access to Premium from the moment I subscribe, free trial included, and I acknowledge that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once that access is opened (Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code)."
Without this box ticked, subscribing is not possible. Your consent is dated and kept, and it is restated in the confirmation email.
For cases where the right of withdrawal would nevertheless apply, the model form is set out in the appendix. The refund is then made within 14 days, using the payment method you used.
Regardless of the above, the free trial lets you try Premium for 7 days and cancel without paying anything.
10. Availability of the service
We do what is needed for Premium to be accessible at all times, without being able to guarantee it: interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or a data provider's outage. The data (matches, odds) come from third-party sources and may contain errors or delays; the odds shown may differ from those offered by the operator when you visit its site.
In the event of a total unavailability of the service of more than 72 consecutive hours attributable to us, the corresponding period is extended or refunded at your request.
11. Subscriptions taken out in the mobile app
A subscription taken out in the app, through the App Store or Google Play, is sold and billed by Apple or Google under their own terms: it is managed, cancelled and refunded with them ("App Store subscriptions" or "Google Play subscriptions"). It gives access to Premium on the Site with the same account.
An account can hold only one active subscription: the Site refuses a second subscription for an account that is already subscribed. Should a double subscription occur anyway, write to us and we will refund the subscription taken out on the Site for the overlapping period.
12. Liability and responsible gambling
Betting decisions are yours. Docteur Bet cannot be held liable for losses incurred when betting, whatever information was consulted, nor for the terms applied by operators. It is up to each person to bet only with an operator licensed in their country and within the limits they have set themselves.
Gambling carries risks: debt, isolation, addiction. If gambling weighs on you, the French public helpline Joueurs Info Service can be reached on 09 74 75 13 13, at standard rate, every day from 8 am to 2 am.
Nothing in these Terms limits Docteur Bet's liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, nor the statutory guarantees you enjoy as a consumer, in particular the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (Articles L224-25-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).
13. Personal use and intellectual property
The subscription gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of access. Sharing your account, reselling or redistributing the value bets and the model's probabilities, or extracting their data automatically, is prohibited.
In the event of a serious breach of this article, after a formal notice left unanswered for 8 days, Docteur Bet may terminate the subscription; the current period is then not refunded.
The content of the service remains the property of Docteur Bet (see the legal notice).
14. Personal data
The data needed for the subscription (identity, email, subscription history) are processed by Docteur Bet to perform the contract. Payment is processed by Stripe; invoices are kept for ten years, in line with accounting obligations. Details of the processing and of your rights are set out in the privacy policy.
15. Customer service and complaints
For any question or complaint: contact@docteurbet.fr. We reply within 7 working days.
16. Mediation
If a dispute is not resolved by our customer service, you may refer it free of charge to the consumer mediator Docteur Bet falls under, within one year of your written complaint. The mediator's name and contact details are given in the legal notice.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable solution, the dispute is brought before the competent courts; as a consumer, you may choose to refer it to the court of the place where you lived when you subscribed or that of the place where the harmful event occurred.
18. Changes to these Terms
Docteur Bet may change these Terms. The terms applicable to your subscription are those accepted when you subscribed; any substantial change is notified to you by email at least 30 days before it applies to the following period, and you may cancel before that date.
Appendix — Withdrawal form
Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract, and only in the cases where that right applies (see Article 9).
