Welcome to Docteur Bet (the “Application”). By downloading or using this Application, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

These terms concern the mobile app. The site you are reading has its own privacy policy, and the Application has its own: app privacy policy.

1. Purpose of the Application

Docteur Bet provides:

• football match information;
• odds comparisons from licensed bookmakers;
• betting statistics and analytics;
• predictions generated by statistical and artificial-intelligence models.

2. Responsible use

• You must be 18 or over — or the legal gambling age in your country — to use the Application.
• Gambling involves financial risk. Play responsibly.
• Docteur Bet is not responsible for betting decisions made on the basis of the information provided.

If gambling becomes a problem, free and anonymous support exists. In France: 09 74 75 13 13 (Joueurs Info Service, 8 a.m. to 2 a.m., standard rate).

3. Limitation of liability

• Displayed odds may differ from those shown on the bookmaker's own website.
• The Application gives no guarantee as to the accuracy of data, statistics or predictions.
• Docteur Bet shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect financial loss resulting from use of the Application.

4. Intellectual property

All content within the Application — logo, texts, graphics, analysis — is protected by copyright and may not be copied or used without prior authorisation.

5. Changes to these terms

Docteur Bet reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The updated version will be published in the Application, and the date at the top of this page always indicates the version in force.
